Hi my clients absolutely love your products there is one frequently asked question though, the wicks for your 360ml and 1lt diffuser must they get it from you (us) or is it possible to source it elsewhere?? thanks for a wonderful product..

Q & A

Hi there. Are you only have to use cirrus formulations with the product? Also, why is a replacement wicked needed every few months as haven't seen it needed with other diffusers on the market. Simone asked on 09/23/2021

Hi Simone - thanks for your Q's! ATMOS is a little different to the majority of diffusers on the market in terms of its mechanism design. Compared with aromatherapy diffusers, ATMOS is optimised to disperse larger volumes of vapour. This is important for maximising the benefits received from the application of our plant compounds. The use of a wick to draw up the liquid to the nozzle is one result of this difference in design. In our experience, with proper usage wicks are likely to last longer than a few months (we provide extra wicks with each device as well as replacements which can be ordered via our website). R.e alternative formulations: While some customers experiment with their own formulations, we cannot at this time uphold the manufacturer's warranty for their use, do to potential incompatibility (particularly with homemade formulations). We may publish a list of safe-to-use formulations at some stage, once they have been sufficiently tested with our device. Thank you again for your questions!
